Please contact Kim Berkey via phone or email to obtain and pay for the documents and to be added to the planholders list"*** Sealed proposals are requested for the construction of grading and surfacing work in Brown County, Kansas, for a project known as Goldfinch Road & 130th Road Improvement project. The project consists of 1.5 miles of grading and surfacing (2" asphalt) including pipe structures. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for five percent of the bid amount as a guaranty. No bidder may withdraw their bid for thirty days after the bid opening. Plans and specifications are available for examination or purchase. All bidders must be prequalified with the Kansas Department of Transportation for the relevant type and amount of work. The Kickapoo Tribe Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any technicalities.
