Sealed bids are solicited for the construction of two concrete box culverts, roadway grading, and related incidental work. Project sites are identified as C-34(1095) on W. Cedar Road between SW 72 Road and SW 88 Road, and C-34(1103) on E. Hickory Road between S. 120 Road and S. 134 Road in Gage County, Nebraska. The work includes: C-34(1095) - triple 10' x 12' x 42' Concrete Box Culvert on a 10-degree skew; C-34(1103) - triple 12' x 12' x 40' Concrete Box Culvert on a 0-degree skew, along with other related incidental work. Bids must include all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary for these tasks. All bid proposals must be submitted on provided forms. Bidders must include an unconditional bid bond or certified check equal to 5% of the proposal, and an estimated material delivery time. The desired completion date is October 1, 2026. Each project site must be completed within 50 calendar days after work commencement and no site work may begin without a committed crew for completion. Successful bidders must supply a surety bond within 10 days of contract award. The board retains the right to reject any or all bids or waive irregularities.
