Award a contract for roofing and A/C replacements for various buildings, apartment units, and laundry rooms in the Lonely Cactus Housing Community.The Community isseeking a contractor to perform roofing replacementsfor (5) buildings/ (30) apartment units and A/C Replacements for (29) Units / (6) Laundry Rooms. The A/C unit at Building (A) Unit (6) is new and will not be replaced. in the Lonely Cactus Housing Community. See attached map below. Roofing: Remove all existing roofing materials down to bare sheathing, remove roof jacks, remove roof-mounted features as required, support electrical and other conduit as necessary. Inspect roof sheathing. Any rotten or damaged sheathing will be replaced at a price per sheet cost. Approval must be obtained prior to sheathing replacement. Provide all new T-top vents, new electrical supports, apply 3" face high rise metal detail to eaves, apply one inch minimum 2.7 Density Poly-glass Polyurethane Foam, build up material as needed to provide positive flow to existing scuppers, apply foam to tops of parapet walls, apply Elastomeric Poly-Glass PG 700 base coating at a rate of not less than 1.5 gallons per 100 Square feet - Color Tan. Apply Elastomeric Poly-Glass PG 700 topcoat at a rate of not less than 1.5 gallons per 100 Square feet - Color White. Reinstall roof-mounted features as needed. Haul away all trash and debris. Touch up paint as needed - Best match. Air Conditioning Units: For 5 buildings - (29) Units and (6) Laundry Rooms. (35) A/C units total). Remove all existing A/C units and hardware. Provide and install new Tut To Kool 2- ton 13.4 SEER Package A/C Units, provide new updated disconnects. New conduit as necessary, provide new roof jacks, new elbows and new stands. Coordination between roofing contractor and mechanical contractor is required.
