Site work and paving for a road / highway in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The purpose is to solicit proposals from consulting firms to perform design services in 2026 and possibly construction engineering services in 2027 for the federally-funded S.P. 164-108-026 Minnehaha Avenue project. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
