The Contractor will inspect and test the pressure vessels and boilers at the USACE Newt-Graham Lock and Dam and the Robert S. Kerr Marine Terminal in accordance with ASME, NBIC, and applicable local standards, codes, ordinances, statutes, and regulations. Inspections must be performed alongside a government employee at all prepared sites. Following each inspection, the Contractor will submit a report documenting the inspection date, referencing applicable violations, and describing the general condition of inspected items related to public safety and the safety of USACE personnel. The report will not address operational, maintenance, or performance-related conditions. Preparation of all equipment for inspection is the sole responsibility of the US Army Corps of Engineers.
