Reference number: 20122829 Estimated contract price range 368 000 $ à 653 199 $ Description: Corrective work on HVAC installations 12-231 University Centre. Addition of electric baseboard heaters and hot water radiators in some basement rooms. Modification of system 3 to allow for dehumidification in summer. Modification of the location of the unit's heating coil with the addition of a prefabricated box and heating coil. Measurement of air and water flow rates for existing induction units. Complete rebalancing of air and water flow rates for existing induction units and system 3. Modification of control sequences and addition of air flow reading sensors in systems 2 and 3.
