The County is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide carpet, custom Cuban cement tile, and luxury vinyl tile plank cleaning at various County facilities. The contract term will be four years. Bidders are required to complete specific forms as part of their submission. The requested forms include (where applicable): Direct Deposit Authorization Form, Drug Free Workplace Form, Insurance Certificate, Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) for the company and every employee (in accordance with Paragraph 1.3.1), Substitute W-9, and Commercial Carpet Maintenance Technician (CCMT) certification (in accordance with Paragraph 1.3.1). Bidders must fill out the provided Response Templates for the BidTable and Bidder Requirements/Acknowledgements. The Deviation(s) Response Template is optional. All documents should be submitted online as per requirements. Intent to Bid Due Date: Mar 6th 2026, 2:00 PM EST
