Sealed bids will be received for the Monroe Street Improvements project, consisting of the following approximate quantities and types of materials: 4,050 cubic yards of unclassified excavation, 3,925 tons of base course, alternate surfacing sections of either 1,655 tons of asphalt concrete composite or 4,763 square yards of 7-inch nonreinforced concrete pavement, 1,100 linear feet of storm sewer, and 910 linear feet of water main.
