Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in San Angelo, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 26,000-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The San Angelo Independent School District is accepting sealed proposals for the addition of a New Cafeteria (Approx. 11,000 S.F.) Building and a New 10 or 12 Classroom (Approx. 15,000 S.F.) Building. In addition, there will be limited renovations to existing buildings on the Fannin Elementary Campus. Faxed & Emailed Proposals Will Not Be Accepted. After evaluation of all proposals is completed, the Purchasing Department will present a recommendation to the SAISD Board of Trustees at a scheduled meeting. After approval by the Board of Trustees, the bid tab will be posted online. The San Angelo Independent School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to the District. The Construction Manager-At-Risk proposal/selection process shall be governed by and in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, utilizing the one-step procurement process.
