The intention is to solicit responses for Nutrition Services Kitchen Preventative Maintenance. Responses are sought from vendors that can provide these services. The scope includes preventative maintenance and cleaning, to take place in 66 kitchens during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, during the district summer break. The work includes, but is not limited to: steam cleaning and sanitizing kitchen floors, cleaning floor drains, de-scaling steamer compartments, cleaning refrigeration equipment (including condensers and ice machines), and cleaning evaporator and condenser coils in walk-in coolers and freezers. Kitchen hood cleaning is also required, including fans, grease hoods, and ductwork in accordance with NFPA Standard 96, and providing a service report for each site. Vendors must submit their responses online and are required to respond to all requests, indicate acceptance or objection to the terms, and submit all necessary documents and attachments. All responses must be direct, concise, complete, and unambiguous. Pricing must include all costs, fees, or charges, and any exceptions must be clearly documented. Deliveries are F.O.B. Destination and Inside Delivery. The agreement may be non-exclusive and PISD reserves the right to award multiple contracts.
