Site work for a civil project in Neenah, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
**As of March 24th 2026, the project was awarded to David Tenor Corporation, with an awarded amount of $2,521,799.72** Utility and street construction for Henry St, Sterling Ave, and W. Winneconne Ave, including 980 linear feet of 8"-10" sanitary sewer, 2,900 linear feet of 6"-12" water main, 1,700 linear feet of 10"-24" storm sewer, 4,500 square yards of 4" HMA pavement, and 9,200 square yards of 8.5" concrete pavement. No bid shall be considered unless accompanied by a certified check equal to five percent of the bid or bid bond in equal amount, payable to the city as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder shall execute and file the proper contract and bond within ten days from acceptance. Contractors must be prequalified before receiving plans and specifications by filing proof of responsibility forms with the Director of Public Works for consideration by the Public Services and Safety Committee. This contract covers the following: sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, street construction on Greenfield Street, Henry Street, Sterling Avenue, Winneconne Avenue, and all other incidental work associated with this work, in the City of Neenah. It is anticipated that this contract will be awarded on March 4, 2024.
