Offerors must include qualifications and certifications demonstrating successful experience in the industry. Past performance information may be considered in the evaluation. Quotes must be submitted on company letterhead, include completed required forms, and provide a statement of terms and conditions acceptance or outline any exceptions. Prices should include all shipping costs and indicate any discounts. Quotes must address all requirements (no partial submissions) and be valid for 90 days.
