The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools necessary to complete a full replacement of one high-efficiency propane gas-fired boiler equivalent to the Dunkirk Quantum 90 Q90-200, including all required plumbing, electrical components, expansion tanks, solenoids, regulators, water lines, and miscellaneous items needed for successful installation. Work includes replacing one Caleffi 573012A 1/2 " 573 Backflow Preventer and AutoFill Combination with Pressure Gauge and a two-way ball valve. Additional work includes replacing approximately five feet of 1-inch copper water line, six feet of 3/4 -inch copper water line, and three feet of 1/2 -inch copper water line. Electrical upgrades require converting two outdated electrical panels into junction boxes and extending circuits to one new electrical panel, ensuring proper grounding. Mold remediation shall be performed in the boiler room, including temporary removal of plumbing as needed, demolition of contaminated materials, cleaning and HEPA vacuuming of structural elements, and application of a plant-based antimicrobial agent. Reconstruction of the boiler room and surrounding areas shall be completed following mitigation activities.
