Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for the windows replacement project for U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Traverse City, MI. Site visits are highly recommended and encouraged to ensure the development of an accurate quote. Refer to the Statement of Work for project details. This procurement is estimated to be $25,000.00 All Requests for Information must be submitted to Darrin.Chetakian@uscg.mil by no later than three (3) working days before the Offers Due Date to be considered. Question Deadline 02/23/2026 All questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be submitted on the Request for Information (RFI) form by e-mail to the Contracting Specialist at Darrin.Chetakian@uscg.mil. All RFIs must be received in this office not later than two (2) business days prior to the quote closing. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and expertise to remove and replace the 10 double wide awning style windows the berthing rooms of Smith Hall in accordance with specifications provided. This includes, but is not limited to: a. Pre-installation site survey and verification of existing conditions. Required to review SOW before submitting a proposal, highly recommend that site visits are also conducted before submitting a proposal. Contractors to field verify site conditions and measurements of windows. All Contractors shall provide Air Station Traverse City 24hr notice before all planned site visits. Please contact the Facilities Department Chief to coordinate all site visits. b. Procurement and delivery of new windows. c. Removal and disposal of the old windows from the premises. d. Installation of the new windows, including opening preparation/cleaning, weatherproofing/sealing, and/or structural support if necessary. Window specifications: i. Energy star rated, minimum should be insulated dual pane glass (low-e). Traverse City is in a Northern Climate zone as per National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC). ii. Matching style to current windows: crank out awning style, double wide with a center mull bar between. iii. Black exterior and white interior. e. Provision of all necessary documentation, including window specifications and warranty information. f. Post-installation cleanup and removal of all debris from the work site.
