The New York City Housing Authority secured $92.5 million in financing for the renovation of Campos Plaza II, a two-building residential development located in the East Village of Manhattan. The project will modernize 224 apartments and upgrade building systems, shared spaces, and outdoor areas. Development partners L+M Development Partners, Type A Projects, and Henge Development are leading the rehabilitation, which includes façade and roof repairs, elevator upgrades, new windows, ADA-compliant access, security enhancements, and full apartment renovations.
