Renovation of an educational facility in West Point, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Renovation work at the Historic Northside School Building at 279 5th Street, West Point, Mississippi, to serve as the future home of AIJC Academy. Scope of work includes roof replacement and restoration, installation of new windows, and installation of new doors. Contractors must be properly licensed, certified, and bonded. Each bid should be submitted individually for each job (roof, windows, doors) with an itemized list for the scope of work. AIJC Academy is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the removal and replacement of the existing roof at the Northside Historical School Building, which will become the future home of AIJC Academy. This bid sheet is for roof work only. Contractors may request separate bid sheets for: o Window installation o Door installation The selected contractor will be responsible for: o Removing the existing roof system o Installing a new roof system in full compliance with State of Mississippi Building Code o Installing hurricane clips as required by code o Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and cleanup o Ensuring proper disposal of removed roofing materials o Completing work in a safe, professional, and timely manner
