Reference Number 0000412584 Warren County is seeking to retain qualified professional engineering consultant(s) to provide Periodic Professional Multidiscipline Engineering Services in connection with the County Department of Public Works (DPW). SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of services under this contract vary based on the engineering needs of the DPW and other County Departments. The Consultant shall be assigned discreet work tasks through an individual Letter of Authorization (LOA) in conjunction with the management of the various divisions within the DPW or other County Departments. Under the LOA process, the County will send a request for engineering services to the Consultant detailing the location, nature and timeline for the work to be performed. Based on the County's request for work, the Consultant shall provide the County a completed LOA for signature in order to authorize the work. A sample LOA is enclosed as Exhibit "A" of this RFP for reference.
