Sealed Bid Proposals are requested for Main Electrical Switchgear Replacement and associated work at Toms River Intermediate School North. Bid Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check for ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount, not exceeding $20,000.00. Consent of Surety in the total amount bid must also be submitted. Applicable State trade codes include C047 Electrical. Bidders must be qualified by the Department of the Treasury, Division of Building Construction, and must submit a Prequalification Affidavit, a copy of a valid and active Notice of Classification, a certified copy of the Total Amount of Uncompleted Contracts form, and an Affidavit of No Material Adverse Change. All contractors must possess a valid Public Works Contractor's Registration Certificate. Bidders are required to submit a list of names and addresses of all interest holders with 10% or more ownership. Contractors must comply with the Prevailing Wage Rate Determination. Prior to contract award, bidders must submit a copy of their N.J. Business Registration Certificate. The Board reserves the right to reject all bids in accordance with state law.
