Renovation of an educational facility in Indiana, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 14,500-square-foot educational facility.
Work consists of approximately 14,500 square feet of roof replacement at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Stright Hall. Includes removal of existing roof systems and insulation, and installation of insulation, EPDM roof systems, and edge metal as described on the Roof Table on the Drawings. Alternate bids include EPDM roof system and edge metal with a 30-year warranty. Refer to documents for complete scope. Work shall be accomplished by a Single Prime Contractor according to Pennsylvania statute. The Single Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor. Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Lead Prime Contractor are contained in Section 0131000, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the Contract Documents.
