Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The works to be constructed under this contract generally include, but are not limited to: relocation and construction of an existing Workshop, Hartland North Electrical Improvements, and Hartland North Driveway Improvements. The Workshop Site Development and Building Relocation works consist of supply and installation of rock removal, aggregate fills, roads, parking lots, building pad grading and development, liner, radon vapour barrier under the concrete slab and piping, reinforced concrete pad, footing, and foundation for the building, underground and overhead electrical, water, storm drainage, leachate, and wastewater systems, bollards, site safety features, site lighting, building relocation and securing to new concrete pad, and connection to new services. This also includes rock removal and site preparation of adjacent pads.
