Description

Site work for a civil project in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This Contract provides for the installation of approximately 788 linear feet of 8-inch sewer, 5 sanitary manholes, pump station decommission, erosion prevention and sediment control, and appurtenant work. The project is generally located along an unnamed stream, between Parkwood Road and Cottage Cove Way. Question Deadline 02/23/2026 at 10:00 AM ET Questions will be received at online. The Project Manager for this Invitation to Bid is Katie Burton All inquiries and questions prior to the bid opening shall be directed, in writing, to MSD's online The Engineer's Construction Cost Estimate for this project is between $ 625,000.00 and $ 800,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. If selected as applicable below, the Contractor must subcontract at least 18.0% of the total amount of the Contract Bid price to certified African American minority-owned businesses, at least 2.0% of the total amount of the Contract Bid price to certified Asian-Indian American minority-owned businesses, and at least 15.0% total amount of the Contract Bid price to certified Caucasian Female businesses.
