Renovation of a fire / police facility in Laredo, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,800-square-foot fire / police facility.
Webb County is seeking competitive bids for renovations to existing flooring at the Webb County Sheriff's administrative building located at 1002 Farragut St. The primary objective is to transition the current floor surface to high-durability Commercial Vinyl Tile to meet the high-traffic demands of a law enforcement environment while providing a smooth, uniform, and professional finished product. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and supervision required to the scope of work listed within this solicitation. This includes the required preparation of the existing surfaces, installation of approximately 7,800 SF of Commercial Vinyl Tile, and the replacement of wall baseboards. All bids must comply with the requirements of the Texas Local Government Code, Sub-Chapter C. (Competitive Bidding in General), Section 262.021 (County Purchasing Act). Bids must be submitted through the specified online platform, and all supplier registrations must be completed prior to submittal. Webb County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, or to terminate the process at any time if deemed in the best interest of Webb County. No obligations are binding until a construction contract is fully executed and authorized.
