Sealed proposals will be received by Huston Township of Clearfield County at 11837 Bennetts Valley Highway, Suite 1, Penfield, PA 15849 until 4:00 PM on March 3, 2026, for the following: 700 tons of 2RC Aggregate Limestone and 700 tons of 1B (AASHTO #8) Limestone. - Furnish , place , and compact WMA BINDER COURSE , 19.0 mm MIX , to the width and depth indicated . All depths shown are compacted depths . - Mill bituminous paving notches at paved drives, intersections, and tie in locations as directed by the municipality. Minimum width of 30" x 2" depth average. Liquidated damages apply. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Completion- September 1,2026
