Sealed proposals will be received by Huston Township of Clearfield County at 11837 Bennetts Valley Highway, Suite 1, Penfield, PA 15849 until 4:00 PM on March 3, 2026, for the following: 700 tons of 2RC Aggregate Limestone and 700 tons of 1B (AASHTO #8) Limestone. Liquidated damages apply. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
