Bid #25/26-19 Fairgrounds Ag Building Insulation. Sealed bids will be received for the Fairgrounds Ag Building Insulation. All bids shall be mailed or delivered to the Board of Supervisors Office, 921 Thatcher Blvd., Safford, AZ 85546 and will be accepted until 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 26, 2026. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud during the Board of Supervisors meeting beginning at 8:00 A.M., Monday, March 2, 2026, in the General Assembly Room of the Graham County General Services Building. All bid packets may be obtained at the Board of Supervisors office, 928-428-3250, or on the Graham County web site, https://www.graham.az.gov/Bids.aspx.
