Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The contractor shall provide all tools, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to replace and upgrade the Community Living Center (CLC) HVAC systems serving the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System. Work shall be performed in full accordance with the construction documents and is intended to improve and modernize the HVAC systems supporting the Community Living Center. The project will be executed under a firm-fixed-price contract and evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. The period of performance is 547 calendar days and will begin upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed. magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. Location: Sioux Falls VA Health Care System, 2501 West 22nd Street, Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57105. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 547 calendar days. Questions of a technical nature must be provided in writing and shall be submitted by the prospective offerors to Gregg R. Sutcliffe, Contracting Officer and Michael B. Warrick, Contracting Specialist. Questions shall be submitted only via email to: gregg.sutcliffe@va.gov and michael.warrick@va.gov. The subject line must read: 36C26326R0038, PN: 438-23-450, Replace & Upgrade CLC HVAC {SF} - Technical Questions. Oral questions of a technical nature are not acceptable.
