**As of March 30th 2026, the project was awarded to Boaz Holdings, LP, with an awarded amount of 347,912.50** The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Road reconstruction, 61,265 SY of Concrete Pavement, 10,622 LF of Storm Drain, 126,631 SF of Concrete Sidewalk, 5 Intersections of Traffic Signals. PREQUALIFICATION Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. Questions Due Date: Feb 27th 2026, 2:00 PM CST City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids. City will award a contract to the Bidder presenting the lowest price, qualifications and competencies considered. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
