Peter Street – Watermain construction and road reconstruction from Mill Street to Brock Street; full depth pavement mill and pave with some curb and gutter repairs from Brock Street to South Street. South Street – Watermain construction from Peter Street to Bloomfield Road; road reconstruction from Peter Street to Queen Street and from Harris Street to Bloomfield Road; full depth mill and pave from Queen Street to Harris Street. College Avenue – Watermain construction and road reconstruction from Lena Avenue to Brock Street. All tenders, requests for proposals, and formal quotations must be received electronically through the City’s Bidding System at www.biddingo.com/windsor. The bid submission must be completed electronically, signed and uploaded, clearly marked with the name and address of the responder, title of file, and file number. Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring bids are received by purchasing prior to the submission deadline.
