Sealed bids are being accepted for the 2026 Grass Cutting Bid for the Town of Putnam Valley. Contractors must carry statutory Disability and Worker's Compensation Insurance and Liability Insurance of no less than $300,000, naming the Town of Putnam Valley as additionally insured. Insurance policies must be filed with the Town Clerk. A performance bond is required if the bid is $25,000 or more. Contractors must provide all supplies and equipment. Bids must be submitted in the attached form, within a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidder's name and the project name. Each bidder must include a properly executed non-collusion affidavit. The Town of Putnam Valley reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, or award the contract as deemed in its best interest.
