Site work for a water / sewer project in Powell, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project consists of 1,870 LF of 6-inch C900 DR-18 PVC water line and all other associated appurtenances. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS consists of an Advertisement for Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Bonds, Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Technical Specifications and Addenda issued during the Bid Process and Drawings. Prospective Bidders may examine the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS at the following locations. The Owner reserves the right to waive the informalities or to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the bid opening. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Owner, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. NOTE: Contractor should be aware that FedEx or other courier services do not deliver at the WSC until late afternoon. If sending a bid by this type of courier service, adjustments should be made to accommodate this delivery time. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to the Engineer Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
