Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Georgetown, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Repair and replacement of a sewer service lateral located at the intersection of McDonald Road and Graham Road in Georgetown, South Carolina. The scope includes repairing the service lateral serving the Glenda Loop mobile home park at the mainline connection, removal and replacement of the compromised wye fitting, replacement of a short section of mainline piping as required, and reconnection of the service lateral extending from the west side of McDonald Road. Main line is 8" PVC SDR 35 and service line is 6" PVC SDR 35. Pricing should include all labor, equipment, and materials for proper installation in accordance with all applicable requirements and regulations from GCWSD, SCDES, and SCDOT. The District provides the SCDOT Encroachment Permit. Bidders must certify compliance with the S.C. Illegal Immigration Reform Act and provide certificates of insurance for general liability, automobile, workers compensation, and professional liability as specified. No bid, performance, or payment bonds are required. The District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. Any questions regarding this bid are due no later than Tuesday February 24th at 5:00pm.
