Project No: S0647-01 - Barn Roof Replacement at YJC Warren Residential Community Home, 509 Brass Castle Road - Oxford, Warren County, NJ. The bid must be for a single bid (lump sum all trades). Bidders must be classified in General Construction (C008), General Construction / Alterations & Additions (C009), or Roofing - Metal (C071), either directly or through named DPMC-classified subcontractors for Roofing - Metal (C071). Location- YJC Warren Residential Community Home 509 Brass Castle Road Oxford, Warren County, NJ 07863 The Scope of this Project is for the removal of the existing asphalt roof system and installation of a new metal panel roof system. This includes the removal of the existing gutters and leaders and replacement with new gutters and leaders. Also included in this work is the replacement of the existing fascia and rake trim as noted on the Drawings. A new snow guard system is also to be installed. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required. Only bids submitted by contractors who attend this meeting will be accepted. No cell phones, weapons, cameras, tools, etc., are allowed inside the facility.
