Region 3 Education Service Center Regional Purchasing Cooperative requests bid/proposals for kitchen equipment, supplies, and repair services. Electronic submissions are accepted via Bonfire; hard copy submissions are not accepted. The Service Center and/or the Cooperative will consider factors such as costs, reputation of the vendor and vendor’s goods and services, quality of goods or services, extent to which goods or services meet the Service Center’s and/or the Cooperative’s needs, vendor’s past relationship with the Service Center and/or the Cooperative, impact on historically underutilized businesses, long-term acquisition costs, and any other relevant factors listed in the request. Itemized specifications can be obtained by contacting the Purchaser at the Region 3 Education Service Center or by visiting their website. The Service Center and/or the Cooperative reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, accept any proposal deemed most beneficial, and waive all formalities in requesting proposals.
