Naval Hospital Jacksonville, FL and its associated branch health clinics and veterinary clinics require preventative and corrective maintenance of the Rees Scientific Corporation Temperature Monitoring System. The contractor shall conduct calibration, certification, and preventive maintenance annually on the existing REES Temperature Monitoring System by personnel who are trained and certified on this system. Corrective maintenance will be conducted on an as needed basis. The contractor is responsible for maintaining the equipment within the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) specifications, following current US, State, and Local regulations, Defense Health Agency (DHA) regulations, and the manufacturer's specifications. The contractor must obtain and install necessary product recalls or upgrades to maintain the equipment in service within original manufacturers specifications. Preventative maintenance services must be performed, both scheduled and unscheduled, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Pricing must be provided in accordance with the established Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure, without alterations. Offerors are required to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 (with its Alternate I), Offeror Representations, with their offer.
