The work involves Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) duct cleaning maintenance, service, and repairs for the Orange County Transportation Authority. Qualified contractors are invited to submit bids. Bidders must not be subject to any Ukraine/Russia-related economic sanctions and must certify this upon bid submission. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Authority's OpenGov Procurement portal. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend a job walk at designated Authority facilities, and attendees must wear standard personal protective equipment. Subcontracting with small businesses is encouraged. The contract award is subject to receipt of sufficient funding. Bidders are required to thoroughly examine and become familiar with the work required, comply with all requirements, including prevailing wage laws, and submit specified forms, including a list of subcontractors and status of past and present contracts. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject bids, postpone bid openings, and award the contract in whole or in part as deemed in its best interest. The project specifications are provided in Attachment A referenced in the solicitation.
