**As of May 5th, 2026, the project was awarded to Sudol Paving & Excavation, Inc with an awarded amount of $60,735.24** South Hanover Township will receive sealed bids online for the Brinser Park Improvement Project. The Contract work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, construction of ADA parking, paved trail, playground safety surface, and earthwork. A certified check or bid bond for the amount of ten percent of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Question Deadline 03/09/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Only those questions submitted online shall be considered. Questions received, regarding the project will not be acknowledged. Bids shall remain open for a period of 60 days from the date of Bid opening. Bids may not be withdrawn during this period. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a warranty bond in the amount of ten percent and performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price.
