The Finished Floor Elevation Is Required To Be Approx 4'-6" Higher Than The Surrounding Buildings, And Includes Access Ramps, Stairs And Site Grading As Required For New Subsurface Drainage. An Existing Chiller W/ Adequate Capcity Will Be Used For This Project, Which Is Located At The Existing Equip Yard To The West Of The Project Site. The New Hvac System Includes An Equipment Mezzanine Above The Restrooms And Will Include A New Chilled Water Ahu, Fabric Duct Socks For The Gym As Well As Rigid Ductwork For The Accessory Spaces (Re: Mec) Power For The Project Is To Be Fed Using Existing Spare Conduit That Runs From The Existing Main To An Existing Elec Pull Box Located Near The Ne Corner Of The New Gym Building (Re: Ele) The New Building Will Be Fully Sprinkled & Will Tie-in To The Existing Campus Fire Alarm System. A New Fire Line Is Req'd To Be Extended From An Existing 8" Line At Ne Corner Of Site, Running South Along The Gravel Carpool Lane, And Terminating Near The Concrete Portion Of The Road At A New Fire Hydrant.
