A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This Invitation to Tender (the ITT) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Municipality of Meaford (the Municipality) to prospective bidders to submit bids for ITT-TS-2025-10, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the Deliverables). Structure BR-035 is located on Lakeshore Road South, south of Centreville Road, over the Centreville Creek. The existing structure is a cast-in-place concrete rigid frame with an overall structure width of 10.1m and a span of 6.45m. The general construction scope of work includes the rehabilitation of the concrete structure, the replacement of the barrier systems, the asphalt paving of the roadway approaches, and the stabilization of nearby creek embankments. The proposed construction scope of work includes the rehabilitation of Bridge Structure BR-035 located on Lakeshore Road South, immediately south of Centreville Road in the Municipality of Meaford. The scope of work for construction includes but is not limited to the following: - Removal and replacement of existing asphalt wearing surface on approaches (8m to south and 120m to west). - Chipping and patching of deteriorated concrete on abutment walls, wingwalls, and soffit. - Removal of concrete barriers, curbs and exterior fascia. - Reconstruction of curbs and exterior fascia. - Patching, waterproofing and paving of deck top surface. - Installation of new three-tube HSS barrier systems. - Installation of slope stabilization on localized areas of creek embankments. - Installation of new HDPE watermain stub across structure. - Installation of steel beam guiderail on northwest approach including end treatment. - Installation of new roadway signage.
