Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a museum in Dickinson, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the addition of a museum; and 12,000-square-foot museum.
Je Dunn, as Construction Manager, i for the Dickinson Museum Center Renovation and Expansion. This Project Consists of a 12,000 Sf Addition to the Existing Dickinson Museum Center Including Additional Exhibit Space, Paleo Storage, Paleo Lab, Office Space, Restrooms, Common Spaces, Mechanical Rooms, and Storage Spaces. There Will Also Be Renovations to the Existing Museum's Paleo Exhibit Space and Restrooms Along With Exterior Site Improvements. The Scopes of Work for Which We Are Accepting Bids Are: 22.00.00 Plumbing & 23.00.00 Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning. The Governing Body Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids at Their Discretion and/or Rebid the Project Until a Satisfactory Bid is Received. All Bidders Must Be Licensed for the Full Amount of the Bid Per Sections. If Not, the Bid Will Be Rejected, and the Contract Awarded to the Next Lowest Responsible Bidder. The Bid Proposal Form and Scope of Work Included in Je Dunn Front End Specifications Should Be Filled Out Correctly. After All Bids Are Opened and Read Out Loud, Je Dunn Shall Then Evaluate the Bids, at a Later Date, and Determine Which is the Most Responsible.
