**As of April 10, 2026, the project was awarded to Harris blacktopping Inc, with an awarded amount of $201,519.50.** The work consists of all labor, equipment, and materials to renovate the tennis courts (one set of 4 courts) at Rose Twig Park, Montgomery Township, Montgomery County, PA. The scope of work includes stone dust overlay, asphalt paving, and color coat of the courts as well as associated tasks. It also includes modification and reconstruction of the walkways to the courts to make them accessible. Sealed bids must be submitted online via PennBid. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the maximum amount bid is required with each bid. The successful bidder must submit a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in an amount of 100% of the contract amount. The project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, the prevailing minimum wage rates, and the Pennsylvania Public Works Employment Verification. Montgomery Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informality in the bids.
