Site work for a water / sewer project in Port Arthur, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to, mobilization and demobilization of all necessary equipment to the project site and removal of dredge material from the project site to Placement Areas specified in the contract documents. Bidders are required to plainly mark their envelopes and include their name, address, and contractors license number (if applicable) on the outside. If sending by overnight or express mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed appropriately. Bids received by telefacsimile are not accepted. Participation in the pre-bid meeting is mandatory. Each bid must include a bid bond (certified check, cashiers check, or bidders bond) equal to five percent of the bid amount. Each bidder must complete and submit with their bid a copy of the Vendors Conflict of Interest Questionnaire contained in Exhibit "O". The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating the price, the owner reserves the right to consider the most advantageous bid or reject the bid. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, handicap, or national origin. Bidders will be required to comply with Presidents Executive Order No. 11246, as amended, and as supplemented in Department of Labor regulations 41 CFR Part 60. Question Deadline 03/04/2026 BIDDERS shall submit any questions or request for clarifications to these BID DOCUMENTS to the OWNER in writing. For technical information and all questions related to these BID documents contact Mr. Kyle R. at (409) 729-4588. The cut-off for BIDDER'S questions shall be 5 calendar days before bid opening.
