The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the labor, all equipment, Gopher One call, necessary clearing and grubbing, materials, tools, transportation, testing, incidentals, and all else necessary to excavate, crush, blend, and stockpile an estimated 21,000 tons of Class 5 aggregate, install State-supplied gate, excavate on site or provide and place boulders at entrance, and crush and stockpile approximately 100 yards of Class 1 riprap at the Fry Lake Gravel Pit within Finland State Forest as specified. REQUIRED Bid alternates include hauling and stockpiling approximately 500 yards of Class 5 gravel with Contractor-provided conveyer and resetting existing gate at the Highway 1 Gravel Pit located within the State Forest. Please be aware that there are attachments to this event. The vendor is responsible for reviewing all attachments and complying with all requirements to this Event. DNR will be the determining factor if vendor meets specifications. All questions should be directed to the buyer listed in this event. Unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax and all else necessary for completion of the project. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project. Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
