Reference Number 0000416736 The Town of Estes Park (TOEP) requests proposals from qualified Contractors interested in performing closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspections of stormwater pipes within the Town of Estes Park. This work is necessary to confirm the stormwater pipe asset inventory and condition assessment which guides budgeting and scheduling of future stormwater pipe maintenance. There are approximately 8.8 miles (46,500 LF) of publicly owned stormwater pipes in the Town's inventory, and the Town intends to assess the entire inventory approximately once every 5 years. The successful Contractor shall enter into a Services Contract with the TOEP for inspection, logging, and repair services including, but not limited to, the following tasks: 1. Perform CCTV inspections to verify the Town's existing GIS data (ie pipe material, size, and length) is accurate for the inspected assets. Provide the Pipe Condition Rating Grade for each inspected stormwater pipe using NASSCO PACP inspection methods to inform the Town's long-term planning and allocation of resources for pipe maintenance, repair, and/or replacement. The inspection report shall also identify any protrusions (tree roots and HDPE service taps) that interfere with camera passage, any cleaning needs in the stormwater conveyance pipes to be performed separately by Town forces, and any illicit connections to the Town's stormwater system that may pose a threat to water quality. 2. Remove protrusions (tree roots and HDPE service taps) that interfere with camera passage. 3. Provide temporary traffic control devices and personnel in compliance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices whenever work is performed within a public street right of way.
