CR#:2131669 Funding is available for Household Hazardous Waste Collection and Disposal projects. All projects must have defined objectives, tasks, and deliverables that can be completed and invoiced within the contract period of January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Costs incurred outside the contract period are ineligible. Time extensions beyond the contract term end date are not allowed. Bidders should not submit a bid if they do not anticipate project completion within the specified term. The maximum grant amount per applicant is $2,000,000. Bidders may submit up to one bid; if multiple bids are submitted, only the first complete bid will be evaluated. Eligible projects must be located within New York State.
