Infrastructure upgrades including electrical system improvements such as electrical panel upgrades, normal and emergency power, bonding, and UPS; Building Management System interfaces; assessments and upgrades to existing HVAC; and reconfiguration, expansion, and renovation of existing space including demolition, new construction, finishes, and cabling. Work includes constructing a new data center with site work, utilities, HVAC, UPS, power distribution, cable management, and finishes; installing new communication infrastructure including data outlets, patch panels, and upgraded Cat 6A cabling; implementing physical security upgrades; assessing and upgrading the fiber infrastructure backbone within and between buildings campus-wide; providing a diversified WAN path; and performing hazardous material abatement. Project buildings include 1, 7, 8, 9, 13, 15E, 15H, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 35, 44, 88, 111, and campus site.
