Crossland Construction Company, hereinafter called the (CM) Construction Manager, will receive bids in care of Tulsa Parks, City of Tulsa at Crossland Construction for Bid Package #1. Work includes -Structural Steel, Roofing, Painting, Water Features/Splash Pads, Electrical, Earthwork, Site Concrete, Asphalt Paving, Fencing & Gates, Landscaping, Irrigation & Plantings, Playground Equipment, Site Furnishings, Site Utilities and Storm Sewer & Drainage. Bids cannot be submitted, changed, or withdrawn after the opening of the bids. This process is in accordance with the Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act (Title 61). Crossland Construction Co. & the owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bid, and to accept the bid or bids which seem most advantageous to the Owner.
