Description

Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Carthage, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

Sealed bids are requested for the purchase of railroad rolling stock to be used for bridge construction or related structural applications. Items available include two railroad flat cars (dimensions: 9 x 89, load capacity: 80,000 lbs each) suitable for bridge spans and heavy structural use, and two box car bottoms (dimensions: 97 x 506, load capacity: 25,000 lbs each) suitable for light bridge construction or decking application. Bids should be submitted for items as a package, be clearly labeled with Bid # 26-003, and may be dropped off in person or mailed to Smith County Landfill, 122 Turner High Cr., Carthage, TN 37030. Bid deadline is February 26th at 8:00am. Contact information must be provided by the seller. Smith County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
