The scope of the project includes evaluating the current state of the facility, assessing operational inefficiencies, identifying space utilization challenges, and developing a comprehensive master plan to guide future improvements for optimizing the facility’s municipal garage operations and support functions, while considering surrounding site needs. The selected Consultant shall provide professional services including facility assessment, space programming, conceptual design alternatives, cost estimating, and phasing recommendations.
