Reference number: 20123065 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-02-25 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Contract title: Workplace redesign (Design-Build) Building address: 600 Fullum Street, Montreal, Quebec H2K 3L6 The Societe quebecoise des infrastructures (hereinafter the "Societe") is issuing a public call for tenders for design-build services and redevelopment work on the building located at 600 Fullum Street in Montreal, with a view to optimizing space in this large building while generating substantial long-term rent savings for the government. This work to upgrade the existing building will demonstrate the benefits of transforming work environments in the context of hybrid work arrangements within the public service. The objective is to preserve as many existing components as possible and ensure that the building meets current standards. Question Deadline 02/27/2026 The redevelopment and asset maintenance work will be carried out on floors 1 to 11 of the building. The entire project will be divided into at least five phases. The floors not affected by the work in a given phase will remain occupied by the various departments and agencies. The services and work required under this call for tenders must be completed within 252 weeks (including holidays, mandatory annual leave (e.g., construction holidays) and the time required for the procurement of materials/equipment) from the date specified in the contract or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company. The probable start date for the services and work is between April 1 and April 30, 2026. Bidders who wish to receive clarification regarding the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the email address designated below, taking care to mention the contract, project, and SEAO notice numbers in the subject line of the email. The Company reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification that does not result in a change to the tender documents submitted by a bidder if such request is received five business days or less before the deadline for receipt of bids.
