The County is seeking on-call architectural design services to support County facilities and capital improvement projects. Possible projects requiring professional architectural services will primarily include new construction, renovations, tenant improvements, facility assessments, deferred maintenance, and regulatory compliance projects for County-owned or operated facilities. Planning or design of projects subject under this RFP will be managed by the County Department of Public Works and will generally be scheduled for construction during the period through July 2029.
