Renovation of a multi-residential development in Springfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Sealed bids are invited for the Modernization Project 2026 - Grayhill Homes, to be let under one contract. Equal employment opportunity, payment of at least prevailing wages, and tax-exempt status for all applicable taxes must be adhered to. A certified check, bank draft, US Government Bonds, or satisfactory bid bond in an amount equal to five percent of the bid must accompany each bid. Failure to submit a proper bid bond will render the bid nonresponsive. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities that do not materially alter the bid item. No bid can be withdrawn for sixty days after opening without the owner's consent. Bidding documents may be obtained electronically. Printing costs are the responsibility of the bidder with no refund. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is recommended. All questions must be submitted by the specified deadline. It is anticipated that this project will commence in Spring 2026. Construction duration is 365 calendar days. All questions are due by 1:00 PM on February 27, 2026. All specific scope items shall be coordinated and reviewed on the drawings and specifications as applicable.
